Color-tunable white-light emitting BaMg2 Al6 Si9 O30 ∶ Eu2+ ,Tb3+ ,Mn2+ phosphors via energy transfer(Invited)

  • 摘要: 利用高温固相法制备了全色单一白光BaMg2Al6Si9O30∶ Eu2+,Tb3+,Mn2+荧光粉。通过对其荧光光谱,能量传递效率,以及荧光寿命的研究,证实了Eu2+-Mn2+和Eu2+-Tb3+之间存在能量传递。在此体系中,白光由450,540和610 nm的3个谱带组成,分别来源于Eu2+,Tb3+,Mn2+ 的发射。通过控制Tb3+/Mn2+ 的相对含量,可以得到色坐标为(0.31,0.30),显色指数为90,色温为5 374 K的白光。因此,该单一白光荧光粉在白光照明领域具有潜在的应用前景。
