摘要: 过去几年总结的战略激光系统的设计经验和实现高能激光武器发展目标的强大信念有助于加快新技术领域的工作步伐。World press博客平台最近发布的文章表明,反导机载激光器项目遇到了成本超支和拖期的问题,可能会成为削减预算的牺牲品。随后,大众媒体立即报道了五角大楼拒绝研制作战激光器。因此,出现了一些关于作战激光器的谬论。本文旨在通过充分的论证与分析来反对这些谬论。Abstract: The experience of designing strategic laser systems in the previous years and a strong belief in the attainability of the goalthe development of high-power laser weaponshelp to significantly accelerate the pace of work in the field of new technologies. World press has recently published the articles where it was suggested that the anti-missile airborne laser project suffers cost overruns and delays or may fall victim to budget cuts. Just after that mass media immediately reported that the Pentagon refuses to develop combat lasers. As a result, there has appeared an epic set of myths about combat lasers. The task of this paper is to consider the most ridiculous statements and to reject them by sufficient analysis.
